Hospital Administrator
Kathleen Fonseca
Kathleen has been with Towne North since 2006, and has a Pug (Bogart) and Boston Terrier/Pug mix (Bacall). She has an MBA and an undergraduate degree in History and Political Science. When not playing referee for the play fights between her 4-legged babies, she can be found on one of several tennis courts in San Antonio – as well as enjoying her human family.
Technicians/Animal Care
Carlos
Carlos is TNAH's technician supervisor, and he has been with us since 2000. He is married with a son and 2 dogs, Rocky (a Pomeranian), and Mr. Beefy (a tough-guy Chihuahua). Carlos is the biggest fan of the Chicago Cubs and is just waiting for them to win the world series, in the mean time he enjoys fishing and watching THE SPURS.
Lyndi A.
Lyndi has been with Towne North since July, 2009. She currently attends the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she is studying Biology in hopes of becoming a Veterinarian. Lyndi is married and has 3 cats named Pepsi, ZoomZoom, and Ballin. She loves all kinds of music, as well as watching the Dallas Mavericks (we try not to hold that against her).
Brooke M.
Brooke has been part of the Towne North family since October of 2010. She has been working with animals since she was 18 and is currently studying to pursue her education in veterinary medicine. When not at Towne North, she spends her time with family and friends.
Sharon S.
She has been working at Towne North Animal Hospital since 1995. Sharon has too many cats to count, and has fostered orphaned kittens for ADL for many years. Sharon is also a grandma now and enjoys spending her time off with her grandkids. She enjoys her time off to spend as much time with him as she can.
Jessica T.
Jessica, Kennel Technician, joined our family in December, 2010. She has always had an interest in animal care, beginning in high school when she began volunteering at her local animal shelter. Her “children” include a 15 year old Bichon Frise (Falcor), an 8 year old Shih-Tzu (Baby), a 14 year old cockatiel (Lucky), and a 16 year old Ball Python (Elvis). When not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew.
Janelle
A Kennel Tech at Towne North since November of 2010, Janelle is pursuing training for a career working with animals. She currently attends San Antonio College to complete her basic courses. She hopes to eventually work with exotic animals of all kinds. At home she enjoys spending time with her many animals: Kimchi, the overly-comfortable beagle mix, Noodle the mutt, and her family of 5 cats.
Sara G.
Sara has been involved with animal care for over 12 years. She originally started at TNAH in November 2001 and left in December 2002 to have her daughter Penny. She returned in Sept. 2004 and has been here every since. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her daughter Penny.
Groomers
Amber
Amber has been grooming for over 6 years and joined TNAH in October. She has 3 adorable pups named Dragon, Kitty, and Dozer and has 3 beautiful 2-legged children. She enjoys spending time with her family, learning to play the violin, and scrapbooking.
Client Service Specialist
Christina I.
Christina, our other Client Service Specialist Supervisor, has worked with us since July, 2010. When she is not at Towne North, she enjoys spending time with her husband, volunteering with Converse Animal Shelter adoption events, and taking care of their four legged children; Sassy who is a Cocker/Border Collie mix, Roscoe who is a Corgi mix, and Soxx who is a Basenji mix. She also has two cats names Chloe and Riley PLUS an African spurred tortoise named, Morla.
Elisa
Elisa is our weekend Client Service Specialist Supervisor, and has been with Towne North during 2 tenures since 2004. She is studying to be an ultra-sound technician.
Dixie
Dixie has worked at Towne North since January 2011, as a Client Service Specialist. She moved to San Antonio with her husband Chris, who is currently serving in the US Army. Dixie has 2 dogs: Odin, a Bullmastiff, and Kora, and English Mastiff, as well as 3 cats: Billie Jean, Harley, and Arnold. She has worked with animals her entire life, beginning on her family’s dairy farm. When not working, she enjoys exploring the culture and activities that San Antonio has to offer.
Alicia V.
Alicia is Towne North’s New-Client Specialist and has been with us since 2007. Her main focus is to make sure all of our new clients and pets are well taken care of before, after, and during their initial visits. She has always had pets and currently has 2 dogs, both rescues: an Airedale (Tootsie), and a Scottie (Abbie). Pico, a green-cheeked Conure also is part of the household. Alicia spends her time away from the hospital volunteering for the Scottie & Westie Rescue, and playing with her grandson.
